1. Overview

SuperHunde LLC provides dog-training services, including private sessions, puppy training, behavior modification, and advanced dog training. All services are customized to the needs of each client.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Dog behavior is influenced by genetics, health, environment, and owner consistency.
SuperHunde does not guarantee specific training results or behavior outcomes.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Follow training instructions and homework plans
  
  

• Practice consistently between sessions
  
  

• Disclose any history of aggression, fear, or health issues
  
  

• Ensure their dog is reasonably healthy and vaccinated
  
  

• Maintain safe handling of their dog at all times
  
  

Failure to follow guidance may limit training progress.

4. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

• Payment terms will be discussed prior to booking.
  
  

• Cancellations made with insufficient notice may incur fees.
  
  

• Refunds are not guaranteed after training has begun or after sessions are used.
  
  

SuperHunde reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.

5. Liability & Assumption of Risk

By booking services, you acknowledge:

• Dog training involves inherent risks.
  
  

• You accept full responsibility for your dog’s behavior before, during, and after training.
  
  

• SuperHunde LLC is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses caused by your dog or during training activities.
  
  

You agree to hold SuperHunde LLC harmless from claims resulting from your participation in training services.
