Dog training involves physical activity and behavioral risks. By participating in SuperHunde training programs, you agree to the following:

1. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Every dog is an individual.
SuperHunde LLC does not guarantee:

• Specific behavioral outcomes
  
  

• Predictable future behavior
  
  

• Results within a specific timeframe
  
  

Progress depends on owner consistency, environment, and the dog’s temperament.

2. Owner Responsibilities

You understand and agree that:

• You must follow training instructions provided during sessions.
  
  

• You are responsible for practicing assigned homework.
  
  

• You must notify the trainer of any aggression, fear behaviors, medical issues, or safety risks.
  
  

• You are responsible for supervising and handling your dog safely.
  
  

3. Risks of Dog Training

Training may involve:

• Physical activity
  
  

• Exposure to other animals or environments
  
  

• Use of training tools (leashes, collars, etc.)
  
  

• Working around distractions
  
  

Dog training may result in:

• Minor injuries
  
  

• Unpredictable behavior
  
  

• Temporary stress or vocalization
  
  

You acknowledge these risks.

4. Liability Waiver

By participating in training:

• You accept all risks associated with dog training.
  
  

• You agree that SuperHunde LLC is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses caused by your dog.
  
  

• You release SuperHunde LLC from liability for incidents that occur during, before, or after training sessions.
  
  

5. Veterinary & Health Considerations

Training is not a substitute for veterinary care.
Consult your veterinarian if your dog has:

• Health conditions
  
  

• Pain or mobility issues
  
  

• Behavioral symptoms related to medical concerns
